How to make Sea Moss Gel
In this video I am using 1 oz of raw sea moss. Rinse the raw sea moss with water. Check thoroughly for impurities and salt.
Cut a lime and squeeze the juice onto the soaking sea moss.
Soak the sea moss for 24 hours. Make sure your water is fully covering the sea moss. The sea moss will expand it’s size. During this time you should change the water a few times.
Drain the water. Blend fresh water with the sea moss. This usually makes 2 16 oz Jars.
Store in a closed glass jar for 3-4 weeks in a refrigerator. The sea moss gel will get thicker in a few hours.
Tips
